As a self-insured fund, TBG provides the opportunity for you as a member to have ownership of your workers' compensation insurance. TBG works with independent agents who will gather your payroll information, class codes, loss history, and financial information in order to provide you with a quote. Your own peers, members of the Board of Trustees, vote in each new member. If approved, you no longer rent your insurance; you now own your workers' compensation insurance coverage!

As a member, you will work with our Safety/Loss Control representatives to keep your jobsites safe and claims to a minimum. Aggressive claims management is our philosophy and promise to you to protect your money. You will also begin paying your premiums based on your actual payrolls at the end of each month rather than an estimate in order to control your company's cash flow. Internal underwriting and auditing provide additional savings and service to each of our members. Together these services allow us to live up to our motto, "It Comes Back To You!"

Every agency that places business with us must be a member of one of our sponsoring associations or a local affiliate of NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).
