- Improved Cash Flow - With monthly premiums based on the reporting of actual payroll from the previous month, TBG’s method for paying premiums allows our members to benefit from an immediate positive impact on their cash flow. We also provide the ability to pay online through our EZ-Pay system which is free to our members and allows them to select to pay their premiums electronically on the 15th of the month saving time and money!
